What You’ll Do :

We are looking for sharp, visual thinkers who use AI tools like a second language. If you’ve got a knack for building strong visual metaphors, telling bold stories, and refining every pixel—this is your moment. You should thrive in a space where tools evolve weekly and ideas move fast. If you’re someone who tests every new AI release, experiments daily, and thrives on creative edge-pushing—we’d like to talk.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Hands-on experience with Photoshop & Midjourney (web version required; Discord experience a plus)
• Experience rendering video using one or more of the following:
  • Runway Gen-4
  • Kling AI
  • Veo 2
  • Sora
  • Luma Labs
  • Pika Labs
  • Higgsfield
  • Krea AI
• Nice-to-Have
  • Experience generating images with Reve; Ideogram; Stable Diffusion
  • Basic editing skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects 
  • Image enhancement chops using Magnific AI & Topaz (Video, Photo, Gigapixel)

• The base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $65,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
• Work is remote, with the option to work onsite in our DTLA office

Extended periods of desk work:

• The role necessitates prolonged periods of sitting, engaging in tasks such as conceptualization, design development, and project oversight.

Presentation activities:

• Capable of crafting and refining presentations, as well as confidently delivering them. This may involve standing for short durations and engaging in public speaking.

• Sharp visual acuity is essential for scrutinizing creative assets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a keen eye for detail in design work. Ability to accurately discern and differentiate between a wide range of colors. A keen eye for detail and the capability to interpret color variations correctly are essential.

Utilization of technology:

• Proficiency with various computer software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike), is indispensable. This entails precise manual dexterity and adept eye-hand coordination.

Multi-tasking:

• The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
