Front Of House:
All new hires in the Front of House (FOH) will begin by training on our Serving, Register, Greet, and basic Bar stations. The goal of basic FOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of how the restaurant flows in order to provide an excellent guest experience. After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train more on the bar, in retail, etc. We all work as a cohesive unit in order to provide the best experience possible for our guests, so you may be scheduled in any area of the Front Of House.
Barista
Here at Biscuit Love, our Barista works at the heart of the Front of House team. A BL Barista should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced demanding environment, delivering consistency and hospitality at every turn! Our bar team is responsible for all made-to-order beverages including but not limited to espresso drinks, brunch cocktails, fresh OJ, and more! To be considered for external hire in this position, applicants must have adequate work experience in a coffee-centric atmosphere and have a valid ABC card. After all, caffeinating our guests is a mighty important job!
