We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support our property management operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records for managed properties.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and rent payments.
- Facilitate timely payments to property owners and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting and record-keeping.

Qualifications:
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Appfolio or similar property management accounting software is a plus.
