Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers? We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth financial operations. In this role, you'll handle everything from recording transactions to processing invoices and tax payments—all while collaborating with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports.

### What You'll Do:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded in the appropriate ledgers and general ledger.
- Reconcile accounts and bring books to the trial balance stage.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and submit tax forms as required.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct partial checks to verify the accuracy of financial entries.

### What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong grasp of financial principles.
- Skills: Excellent data entry abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for numbers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (such as FreshBooks, Kashoo, or KashFlow) and strong skills in MS Office and spreadsheets.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles, with a high level of accuracy.
- Customer Focused: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Education: A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, along with continued education in bookkeeping or accounting.
