McColm issues this  Call for CVs  to welcome submissions of CVs for McColm's sports coaches and officials roster. McColm anticipates opportunities to support U.S. military sponsored athletic events and programs, both CONUS and OCONUS, with standard and adaptive sports. The position description below details the anticipated coaching, officiating and support expertise that may be requested, contingent upon contract award. CV submissions for sports not listed below are welcome and will be accepted as part of McColm's roster.

• Archery - USA Archery Certification Level 2 in compound and recurve
• Cycling - USA Cycling Certification Level 3 for coaches, for mechanic 3-4 years of cycle maintenance experience
• Golf - USGTA Associate Member Certification, USGTF, PGTAA or other PGA certification
• Indoor Rowing - USA Rowing Certificate Level 1
• Powerlifting - USA Powerlifting Certification Level 1
• Shooting - Coach Certification in Level 3 in primary focus, 2 in secondary focus (from US Archery)
• Sitting Volleyball - USA Volleyball Certification Level 2
• Swimming - At least 3 years swimming coaching experience with 2 years working with adaptive athletes
• Track & Field - USA Track and Field Certification Level 1 or equivalent certification from nationally recognized Track & Field organization
• Wheelchair Basketball - US Basketball Certification Level 1
• Wheelchair Rugby - USA Rugby Certification Level 1
• Ultimate Champion Coach - A certification in any of the 12 adaptive sports, OR, a minimum of 3 years coaching experience with 2 years working with adaptive athletes
• Strength & Conditioning Coach - A certification from a National Governing Body for strength and conditioning with 3 years working with adaptive athletes
• Adaptive Sport Operations Coach - Certified Recreational Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, OR experience equivalent of 3 years working with adaptive athletes at the DoD Warrior Games
• Family Coordinator - 3 years experience working with adaptive athletes and their families
• Mechanic and Equipment Repairer - A certification as a mechanic and equipment repairer in the adaptive sport that the Government requests equipment maintenance and/or repair
• Miscellaneous Sport Coach - In the event a new adaptive sport is added to the official competition categories, this designation allows the addition of a coach in the new adaptive sport category. A sport specific certification would be required from a National Governing Body in the new sport category.

Requirements

• Proven coaching experience according to the requirements connected with your sport above
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
