Procurement Manager - North America Sourcing

What You'll Do
Champion safety, diversity, inclusion, and ethical sourcing practices to build a strong and responsible procurement culture.
Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies that optimize costs, mitigate risks, and enhance supply security.
Collaborate with global procurement teams to align on sourcing strategies and drive seamless implementation across the regional supply chain.
Leverage market intelligence and digital tools to influence stakeholders, negotiate the best outcomes, and optimize total delivered cost.
Implement best-in-class procurement strategies, policies, and processes to enhance business performance.
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental strategies to future-proof operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

What You Bring
7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in procurement (direct and indirect sourcing) and 3+ years of leadership experience.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills to drive impactful change.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in purchasing, engineering, chemistry, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $104,700 - $157,100 per year (based on experience, location, and other factors).
