Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and delivering our communication strategies, enhancing our brand visibility, and facilitating effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational objectives.
• Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and community partners.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze communication trends to inform future strategies.
• Organize and coordinate public relations events, including press conferences and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
• Prepare and distribute reports on communication effectiveness and audience engagement metrics.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in content creation for various platforms including social media, email, and web.
• Familiarity with media relations and experience in managing media inquiries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
