Dazed Studio, the youth culture entertainment studio born from Dazed Magazine, is excited to introduce its inaugural internship program in the US. This initiative is designed to provide emerging creative talent with invaluable mentorship, hands-on learning, and in-office experience at an agency that has consistently rewritten the rules of radical self-expression.

About the Program
This immersive internship program offers students and aspiring creatives the opportunity to gain practical experience in media, production, journalism, fashion, and digital content creation. Interns will work closely with industry professionals, gaining firsthand insight into the fast-paced world of Dazed Media. The program is particularly suited to those looking to explore creative career paths and get a feel for the industry while developing essential skills in a collaborative environment.

Summary of Roles
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated students to join our team. If you’re an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who wants to learn essential skills within a multi- disciplinary team, then we want to work with you. This program is part of Dazed’s broader commitment to nurturing the next generation of creative talent through industry experience, incubator programs, and masterclasses.

Internship placements will be offered in the following areas:

• Creative Strategy & Insights: Work on trend research, audience insights, and strategic campaign development.
• Graphic Design: Assist in creating compelling visuals for editorial, branded, and social content.
• Editorial & Copywriting: Contribute to written content, editorial pieces, and digital storytelling.
• Social Media & Video Editing : Support social content creation, video editing, and digital storytelling across platforms.
• Events & Programming: Support on the concepting and execution of varied events and Dazed program offerings

Internship Program Elements

• 1x long-term project per intern
• Ongoing hands-on learning + working experience
• Rotational lunches with the Dazed Studio US team to understand and learn about different facets of creative careers

An immersive 9 week program:

• Commencing week of June 9th
• Completing week of August 11th
• Requires 16x hours per week, including 4x hours at the Dazed NYC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Includes a 1-week break during week of June 30th for Independence Day
• Each intern will receive a $1,500 commuting and incidentals stipend

Desired Skills, Experience & Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate or masters student
• Must receive school credit for internship participation
• Must be based in the NYC area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• Strong organizational ability
