What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reporting into the SVP of Human Resources, you'll be leading the company’s efforts in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to improve organizational performance. Driving initiatives that support human capital management, change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement organizational strategies, structures, and processes to increase company efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage performance management process
  • Evaluate and implement systems to deliver performance management and goal setting
  • Evaluate and implement a learning management system
  • Lead and manage various organizational development projects and initiatives.
  • Assess the company’s culture and implement plans to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs and succession planning/9 Box initiatives.
  • Facilitate change management processes during organizational transformations.
  • Collaborate with HR and other department leaders to align strategies with company objectives.
  • Evaluate the impact of development programs and organizational initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training for management and staff to develop skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions based on findings.

What You’ll Need

  • Knowledgeable in organizational development practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of building the Organizational Development function from the ground up.
  • Ability to assess the functionality of performance management and learning management systems
  • Exceptional leadership skills and can effectively liaise with all levels of management to facilitate and orchestrate change.
  • Proven experience as an Organizational Development Director or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of organizational development principles and strategies.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organizations and interpret data.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, psychology or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
