Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Torque Tool Maintenance/Calibration Technician. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop technical skills in a demanding field while supporting critical operations across various industries. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship programs to help you excel.

As a Torque Tool Maintenance/Calibration Technician, you will:

• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of torque tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and other precision instruments.
• Inspect tools to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Document calibration results and maintain accurate records following company protocols and industry regulations.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Support the inventory management of tools and calibration equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain a high standard of service.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

While no prior experience is required, candidates should possess the following:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework are a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

We offer full compliance with all applicable Military, ANSI, ISO, and other National and International standards and are fully versed in form and position tolerancing and metrology in accordance with ANSI Y14.5M.
