Summary As a Sales Manager at Daystar Auto Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve excellence in automotive sales. This position is essential for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
