As a Host Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm smile
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experiences
• Handle various administrative support tasks efficiently

Key Duties Include:

• Greeting clients and directing them around the restaurant
• Processing takeout orders from customers and third-party delivery partners
• Answer emails, help clients with reservations and private event bookings
• Answering and forwarding phone calls with professionalism
• Keeping the reception area clean and well-organized

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer-centric approach with a friendly disposition
• Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced team environment
• Must speak or at least understand either Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese
