Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and humble BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to client success, support the clinical team and Behavior Technicians (BTs), and adapt to our center-based environment through effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client-Centered Care: Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring measurable progress toward their goals.
• Team Support and Development : Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to clinical staff and BTs, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Embrace our service methodologies, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and adapt to our center's dynamic environment.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including effective communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ABA, preferably in a center-based setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a clinical team effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on humility, adaptability, and a client-first mindset.
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record & Immunization records:
