THIS IS A LIMITED TERM POSITION WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED OR BECOME PERMANENT.

THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. THE AMOUNT OF TELEWORK IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division (DMD) is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge-seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem solving, and is interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Under the general direction of a Staff Services Manager II, the incumbent is responsible for managing the Information Management Group (IMG) I.  

This group is responsible for validating and purifying information submitted by EDD and external customers in a timely and accurate manner before upload to various downstream applications utilized by other branches within and outside of EDD.  The incumbent must ensure that all staff performance expectations are met, ensures that the various workloads are processed within the agreed upon time frames, provides resources, training and leadership to staff.  The incumbent must have strong organizational and communication abilities (written and verbal) to support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities. This position creates excellent opportunities and is conveniently located near Rancho Cordova while offering free parking and a variety of nearby restaurants.

Statement of Qualifications Requirements
