Remote Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Consumer Class Action Law Firm

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced consumer class action law firm , is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This is an immediate hire opportunity due to increased caseloads — and it’s an exciting time to join!

This is a remote, work-from-home position offering full benefits , no billable hour requirements , and bonus eligibility .

The firm values hard work, but also understands the importance of flexibility and life outside of work.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required

• Familiarity with King County, Washington court system is mandatory

• Experience with consumer class action law (plaintiff or defense side) is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Electronic filing of documents in state and federal courts

• Finalizing legal documents (proofreading, formatting, compiling exhibits, ensuring service to all parties)

• Professional transmittal of correspondence

• Client, expert, and opposing counsel communication (phone, email, mail, fax)

• Keeping informed of state and federal court rules

• Handling attorney admissions to courts nationwide

• Scheduling services with messengers, process servers, and court reporters

• Maintaining electronic legal files

• Document preparation (pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, spreadsheets, etc.)

• Managing attorney calendars

• Assisting in coordinating meetings, depositions, hearings, and other case milestones

• Providing general administrative support as needed
