Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic, mature, and proactive Live-Out Nanny for a family in Cumming, GA, with two children, a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old. The primary responsibilities will include light housekeeping, children's laundry, preparing light meals, and cleaning up after themselves. Both children attend the same school. After pickup, the nanny will provide snacks, help them decompress, and plan engaging activities. The family is looking for someone with a charismatic, social personality who is calm, attentive to detail, and intuitive in their approach. The ideal candidate will be open to communication, provide regular updates and pictures, and have a strong sense of responsibility. If the nanny prefers 30 hours per week and arrives an hour early, additional tasks may be requested. The family values maturity, proactive care, and a nurturing environment for their children.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up the children from school and transport them to activities as needed.
  • Engage the children in active play and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Prepare meals and support their evening routine.
  • Assist with kids' laundry and light clean-up of common and play areas.
  • Provide occasional overnight care when parents are traveling for work (with at least one week’s notice).
  • Maintain consistency and structure in the children's daily routine.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience caring for multiple children and the ability to juggle their different needs simultaneously.
  • A mature, trustworthy, and long-term candidate who can grow with the family.
  • Active and engaging, able to foster an enriching environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean & English is a huge plus.
  • Comfortable with two small dogs (no pet care required).
  • Must have wonderful references and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
