Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is perfect for someone with a deep interest in fitness, health, and wellness, and a proven track record in digital marketing. As the Marketing Lead, you will take charge of building relationships with ambassadors and trainers, developing engaging digital campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms. This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, so we're seeking candidates who are local or willing to relocate.

What You'll Do:

Ambassador & Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to ensure they align with our core values and marketing goals.
Campaign Development: Lead the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, from strategy development to content creation and contract negotiation.
Content Creation: Collaborate with ambassadors to produce authentic, engaging content that connects with target audiences and upholds our brand values.
Digital Strategy: Integrate ambassador-led campaigns with our broader digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising.
Social Media Presence: Manage and grow our social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive voice and fostering strong community engagement.
Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimize future efforts and strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, social media, and sales teams to ensure influencer initiatives align with overall brand messaging and goals.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing strategies to help maintain our leadership in digital marketing.
Compliance & Brand Safety: Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with legal and regulatory standards while safeguarding the integrity of our brand.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on supplements, fitness, health, wellness, or athleisure brands.
Hands-On Leader: Strong track record of managing campaigns from start to finish, with a focus on measurable results.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media strategies.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
Passion: A genuine love for fitness, health, and wellness, and a desire to share these passions with others.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns that build brand loyalty.
Analytical: Comfortable with data analysis and deriving insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to foster and nurture relationships with ambassadors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (this is not a remote role).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
