Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Bradenton, FL!

Responsibilities
Train a productive Medical office Team
Oversees front desk, medical records, and back office department
Assist with preparing staff work schedules and assign specific duties
Ensure clinical safety procedures are in place and followed
Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information.
Promote Excellent customer service
Supervise administrative activities directly related to providing adequate patient care.
Work cooperatively with medical staff to provide patients quality care

Qualifications
Management experience.
Experience in the healthcare field
Must have the ability and experience using Microsoft Office applications and proficient in EMR
