Job Overview:
We are Looking for Experienced Solar and Roofing Sales Representatives to join our dynamic and unique organization. At Green Bear, we sell property solutions including both roofs and solar that inside our holistic approach, go hand in hand. This creates more opportunities for representatives and more wins for the customer when you have someone working with the client who is trained in both and understands how well and how they can work these two services together to make big benefits for our clients.
Our program for roofing and solar is different in a few important and exciting ways.
It is likely a good fit for you, if you have sold solar and typically just past off the roofs, but would be interested in learning and making full commissions on both sides.
You have experience in roofing and would like to be able to use solar to take care of deductibles or even let the homeowner keep some of their insurance money.
You are tired of the chaos in the industry and would like to be part of the movement to clean it up and do things right.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to drive revenue growt, and experience in some type of sales in any industry.
Duties:
- prospect for business and generate leads
-Conduct sales presentations to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize our crm software for tracking leads and sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar sales or roofing sales
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques
- Strong software skills for tracking and reporting sales activities
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
