Job Description

Our client, a top entertainment company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team for a 17 month contract! The role involves providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support for sponsorship efforts related to fan events.

Responsibilities:

Mange project timelines, approvals, and delivery of creative assets, particularly key art for campaigns
Oversight of project workflow and coordination is essential to ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in managing the year-round volume of projects and supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed
Support the development of post-event wrap-up materials and presentation decks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-3 years relevant experience in project coordination
Experience using a MAC
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous Project Management system, Smart Sheet experience and Graphic Design skills
