Job Description

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator, Product Development to support global creative operations across a portfolio of high-profile entertainment and educational brands. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with cross-regional teams and international partners to manage creative approvals, coordinate assets, and ensure the seamless execution of publishing projects for both print and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate approvals for publishing assets, including both print and digital formats.

  • Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to provide brand, art, and editorial guidance.

  • Route submissions using approval software, compile and clarify feedback, and return to licensees.

  • Ensure all reviewer comments are clear and complete before submissions are returned.

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with creative reviewers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand Management, Legal).

  • Request, organize, and distribute creative assets such as logos, concept art, and final visuals using BOX.

  • Provide administrative support including file management, tracking documents, meeting coordination, reporting, and note-taking.

  • Support project managers located in California, Milan, and Tokyo.

  • Report to the Senior Project Manager, Creative Operations, regarding project status and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as product development, publishing, or licensing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be a strong team player.

  • Ability to take direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools; experience with Macintosh OS is required.

  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in publishing, media, or entertainment.

  • Familiarity with product development and licensing workflows is highly preferred.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid position based in Glendale, CA, with onsite work required Monday through Thursday.

  • The role is part of the Publishing Department and involves extensive interaction with internal systems and creative asset management.
