The Talent Mine is recruiting for a Project Manager with electrical experience – for a very stable Puget Sound based client in the professional trades arena. This client has a portfolio of projects ranging from SeaTac airport to the Seattle Convention Center, and has a track record of promoting great employees from within. If you are the kind of project management professional with leadership skills and experience in hands-on electric work, read on!
Your profile should include the following:
• 7+ years of experience in the electrical industry, MEP coordination, or electrical field experience at a foreman level
• Experience with all aspects of project management, including budgeting and financial forecasting
• Working knowledge of construction drawings
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to pass a US government drug screen (no marijuana) and federal background check, and work onsite daily in the Seatac or Seattle Waterfront area
Preferred skills:
• Prior Electrician experience, Construction Management degree, or other related education/certifications
• Ability to estimate
• Experience with Accubid
• Experience in BIM Coordination/REVIT and/or Spectrum ERP
• Experience with government contracts is a plus
Compensation and benefits:
• Base pay: $130K-$165K DOE
• Potential for goal-based bonuses
