**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Shifts:** Day, Swing & Graveyard Shifts!
**Pay** $20-29 _depending on experience (Differentials offered on swing and grave)_
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting appearance inspections based on general plastic, hardware, PCB, and project-specific standards. The role also involves dimensional inspections according to drawings and specifications, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, tooth gauges, and height gauges. Additionally, the inspector will perform hardness tests, assembly inspections, and inspect labels, boxes, code dates, and packaging materials. Non-conforming materials and products will be placed on hold and released to MRB, and AQL inspections will be performed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct appearance inspections based on specified standards.
+ Perform dimensional inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, tooth gauges, and height gauges.
+ Carry out hardness tests on materials requiring hardness assessments.
+ Execute assembly inspections by simulating physical assembly using packaging products.
+ Inspect and approve labels, boxes, code dates, and packaging materials.
+ Place non-conforming materials and products on hold and release them to MRB.
+ Perform AQL inspections to ensure quality control.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum high school diploma or related experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience as an IQA inspector in an electronics manufacturing environment.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals.
+ Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
+ Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations.
+ Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
+ Verbal and written communication skills.
+ Dexterity, physical strength, and physical stamina.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ IPC-610 Standards Preferred.
+ IPC-600 Standards Preferred.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
