In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise experiences while building lasting relationships and achieving your personal and professional goals—all from the comfort of your home.
Design Dream Cruises: Work with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budget, and ideal destinations, creating personalized cruise itineraries.
Sell with Confidence: Recommend and book cruise packages, excursions, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional service and maintain communication before and after each trip to create loyal, repeat clients.
Stay Current: Keep up with cruise line promotions, ship amenities, destinations, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
Resolve Issues: Assist clients with any questions or challenges before, during, or after their cruise.
A love for travel, especially cruising, and a desire to help others create unforgettable experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
Personal cruise experience is a bonus
