🛠️ What You’ll Do – Be the Solution, Not the Salesperson

As a Water Treatment Technician , you’ll be a trusted expert bringing clean, healthy water into people’s homes. You won’t be asked to sell — your focus is delivering five-star service, solving water issues, and installing solutions that last.

Your Role:

• Test and assess water quality in residential systems

• Install, service, and maintain high-performance water treatment systems

• Communicate clearly with customers, educating them on their options

• Partner with our sales team to deliver seamless customer experiences

• Operate professionally, safely, and respectfully in every home

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed or experienced residential plumber – 2+ years preferred

• Excellent communicator – patient, professional, and customer-focused

• Technically skilled – comfortable with iPads, apps, and modern tools

• Organized & dependable – you take pride in your craft and own your work

• Team player – you believe we succeed together

• Physically capable – able to lift 80 lbs and perform hands-on tasks

• Eager to grow – willing to specialize and expand your skillset
