Compensation: $22.00 –$25.00/hour base + $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 OTE

What You will Do

• Make outbound connections daily (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn chats).
• Engage prospects, uncover their business needs, and show how Fikes can help.
• Book qualified sales meetings per day and build a healthy pipeline.
• Maintain high engagement with creative, persistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales and RSR teams to crush monthly quotas.
• Help improve our processes, sales strategies, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• A go-getter with grit, hustle, and a competitive spirit .
• Excellent phone, listening, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for learning, personal growth, and being better every day.
• Coachable, adaptable, and always looking for solutions.
• Past SDR or outbound sales experience preferred (not required).
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
