Job Description
At Access Global Group, we are always seeking to strengthen our business by adding the best available talent to our team. We're seeking a Salesforce Consultant to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of the Salesforce platform, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies. Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects.
As our Salesforce Consultant, you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.
A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes
- Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams
- Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them
- Supports the health/governance of AGG's Salesforce instance
- Oversees & helps develop Salesforce-related data analysis. Including but not limited to reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Develops and deploys standard data management practices
- Handles administrative functions, including user management, workflow, process builder, and flow
- Maintains a strong relationship with Marketing and Sales-related teams and leaders to help improve each team's business efficiency
- Develops and implements business-related processes for all supported teams
- Supports regular audits of Salesforc,e including preparing for release dates and upgrades
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other technologies
- Respond to user's requests (helpdesk and other) regarding Salesforce, Sales Process, and other technologies in a timely and efficient manner
- Other duties as directed by leadership
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of successful Salesforce administration, development, and experience with technical implementations (B2B preferred)
- Minimum 4 current Salesforce Certifications to include: SCA, Platform Dev I
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, API,s and web services
- Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configurations
- A background in CRM process design and implementations
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience on Force.com Integration Technologies (WebServices, 3rd Party tool like CastIron/Boomi) to Integrate with On-Premise systems like Siebel, OMS and Java Based Systems
- Hands-on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
- Experience with Analytics tools (i.e. Analytics Studio or Tableau) is preferred but not required
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally or upwards
- Ability to build relationships that allow effective collaboration and create champions for the adoption and engagement of initiatives
- Ability to work closely within a team environment
- Java experience is a big plus
- 2-3 years' experience in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and developing a technical strategy, and being able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements
- Familiarity with Salesforce's latest product launches, including Wave Analytics, Lightning
- Well versed in Configuration and customization of objects
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies
