8. You will get an hourly wage of $18.67 per hour plus tips, for an average rate of $55-62/hour (take home/after taxes).
9. Eligible for 401K with percentage company match after 1 year of employment.

Who We’re Looking To Add To Our Team:

1. Knowledge of Italian wine is a plus.
2. You love to work as part of a team and support each other in professional growth.
3. You have a natural curiosity and take initiative to learn more about food and wine. 
4. You are self-motivated--you see what needs to be done and do it even without being directly asked.
5. You love to build real relationships with your guests and make them feel welcomed each time they dine with us.
6. You are a person who can work in a efficient, high-paced manner.
7. You like to keep a clean and organized work area.  
8. You can follow verbal instruction and written instruction (like checklists and recipes).

Requirements & Expectations

1. You will be expected to get/have a food handlers certificate and an ABC RBS certificate for serving alcohol.
2. You will be expected to wear dark jeans or slacks and non-slip black shoes.
3. You will be expected to demonstrate growth in product knowledge and technical aspects of the job.
4. You will come to work with a good attitude and ready to work with the team.

We are a locally-owned, modern fine dining Italian restaurant, that is focused on regional style cooking.  

We believe in high-quality & fresh ingredients. We butcher full animals in house and make our own pasta, 'nduja, shrubs & vinegars--using every bit of our product !

We also believe in strong teamwork and constant learning! We completely believe that Altovino wouldn’t be what it is today without our amazing team.

We are looking for Servers who want to work 4 days per week. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are required.
