We're seeking a skilled professional to join our remote team for the upcoming school year. Whether you're already licensed in Texas or need assistance obtaining your license, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Position Details:

Start Date: 2025-2026 school year
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Compensation: Starting at $45/hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: 100% Remote

Qualifications:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
A passion for working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop personalized therapy plans and goals tailored to each student's needs.
Provide direct therapy services, addressing areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and pragmatic skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistency in supporting students' communication goals.
Implement evidence-based techniques and engaging activities to promote speech and language development.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and promptly.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and offer insights on students' speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience in school or pediatric therapy settings.
Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques in pediatric speech-language pathology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students, parents, and staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).

Physical Requirements (Remote Work):

Regularly required to sit for extended periods and use a computer for typing and navigating software.
