As a senior design leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that shape the customer experience across a sophisticated digital analytics platform. You'll be empowered to drive UX strategy, mentor peers, and lead through discovery, research, and execution—turning complex problems into loveable products.

Accountabilities:

• Own end-to-end design execution across the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define UX strategy, customer journeys, and product vision.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand customer pain points and guide design decisions.
• Translate insights into product opportunities and create iterative solutions using low/high-fidelity prototypes.
• Lead product launches, design reviews, and contribute actively to the design system.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate design practices through collaboration and feedback.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and champion a loveable product philosophy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record leading design initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced organizations.
• Hands-on experience with user research methods and design sprints.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating iterative UX work and discovery-driven design thinking.
• Ability to navigate complex product domains (e.g., analytics, data science, or machine learning).
• Proficiency in research, prototyping, UI/UX design tools, and contributing to scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
