Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite  with our client in Oldsmar, FL.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Operates through-hole or surface mount technology (SMT) automatic assembly equipment to produce high-quality complex printed circuit board assemblies. 
• Responsible for set-up, operations, and routine maintenance. 
• Manually or using semi-automatic equipment screen print solder paste. 
• Operate adhesive dispensing equipment. 
• Loads components supplied in tubes or reels onto feeders and loads feeders onto placement equipment. 
• May hand place some SMT components. 
• Place assembled printed circuit boards into solder reflow ovens. 
• Use standard electronic hand tools (solder, flux, and adhesive). 
• Utilize drawings, visual aids, and other instructions to identify defects.
• Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex Surface Mount manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly. 
• Performs semi-routine SMT, Inspection, and AOI equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment and utilizes other Surface Mount Technology equipment such as X-RAY and stencil Printing.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/ hr

Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with surface mount technology 
• Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC-J-STD and IPC-A-610

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Knowledge of MyData and Universal SMT machines
• Be able to read/write English
