**Responsibilities** As our Surgical Tech at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, you'll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can't operate without you. The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process. **Responsibilities:** + Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization + Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting + Adapt to the needs of emergency situations + Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
