Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Traveling Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations during acquisitions, helping maintain inventory consistency, and improving product flow efficiency across locations. You'll also work closely with clinic teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel (approximately 60%) to new locations to assess and enhance frame inventory efficiency.
Conduct due diligence assessments during acquisitions to evaluate current inventory and identify improvement opportunities.
Refresh frame boards by removing outdated items, inventorying stock, and introducing new frame products that meet company standards.
Process inventory adjustments and assist with administrative tasks to maintain supply chain operations.
Optimize product flow within clinics, ensuring easy access and efficient use of products.
Maintain and update accurate inventory records in the management system.
Assist with general inventory management tasks, including stock audits and replenishment.
Offer recommendations for best practices in frame board management.
Work alongside supply chain and operational leadership to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations.
Address any inventory-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
Experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or retail product management preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to travel frequently across multiple states (approximately 60%) and work flexible hours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clinic staff and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with AcuityLogic practice management software is a plus.
Physical ability to lift and move inventory as required.

Salary: $ 52,000.00 55,000.00 Per Year
