Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX

Duration: 6 Months Project

Visa: NO H1B

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer for a 6-month contract with a leading Utility client in Houston, TX . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Figma , translating business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to design user-centric interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Implement user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability
• Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Support front-end development teams with design handoff and clarification
• Conduct user research and usability testing as needed
• Work in a hybrid setup (2 3 days onsite in Houston)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design or development
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Knowledge of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with Agile teams
