This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds, are highly encouraged to apply  + Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from psychology, UX or research related courses, are highly encouraged to apply  + Ability to commit full-time during program dates  + Position is **not eligible for employment-based sponsorship** + Pursuing to further your skills and learnings in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other related fields  + Some working, or project experience, applying research and/or design thinking    + Knowledge of planning, developing and conducting User Research and Testing  + Comfortable in a customer facing role.  + Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, and experimental design  + A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset  For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $38 - $43/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
