The ideal candidate for this role is independent, reliable, and capable. Key responsibilities include primary baby care, including bottle feeding and managing breast milk, planning and managing the baby’s schedule (feeding, naps, activities), supervision and engagement with older children (e.g., helping with snacks, homework, and activities, tidying kids’ spaces, laundry and driving the kids. This long-term position also offers domestic travel opportunities, so someone who is able to travel is preferred.
