Roles and responsibilities

• Provide administration of servers in a virtualized server environment using VMware and or Hyper-V management tools
• Provide administration of Windows Server 2008 and 2012 in a virtualized server environment, i.e. Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS
• Provide implementation and administration of DNS and associated networking services
• Effectively monitor Windows Servers using advanced built-in features as well as 3rd party tools
• Troubleshoot server system problems, utilizing available tools and working in coordination with other internal groups and vendor provided technical support resources
• Troubleshoot networking issues related to routing, firewalls, and DMZ architecture
• Work with other unit members to monitor and ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
• Use a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving
• Experience with Ansible : Proficiency in writing and managing Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Python Programming : Good understanding of Python, as Ansible is written in Python. complex system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Shell Scripting: Familiarity with shell scripting
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems.

Experience :

• L2 4-6 years Relevant Experience
• L3 6+ yrs exp Relevant Experience

Certifications:

• MCSE and MCSA
• Experience in cloud platform, AWS and Azure preferred
