POSITION TITLE: Part-Time Language Teacher (Grades 6, 7, 8)
DATE AVAILABLE: August 2025
QUALIFICATIONS: Language endorsement or eligible for certification
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB GOAL Teach Spanish and/or introductory French to students in grades 6-8.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teaching World Language concepts to students in grades 6, 7, and 8th
Help students develop fundamental skills including the ability to speak, write, and comprehend the Spanish and French languages.
Expose students to engaging cultural knowledge of Spanish and French speaking regions of the world.
Work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: School year; salary and benefits as established by Board of Education
EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated yearly in accordance with Board policy on Evaluation of School Personnel.
