A. Servidone Inc. & B. Anthony Construction Corp. are industry leaders in large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and highly organized Accounts Receivable / Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to manage our billing cycle, ensure timely payments, and help maintain the financial flow of multi-million-dollar projects—all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Process, review, and track accounts receivable invoices and payments
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring vendors and subcontractors are paid accurately and on time
• Verify purchase orders, job codes, and contract terms for accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or issues with vendors/clients
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure proper job costing and allocation
• Assist with monthly closing activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and maintain aging reports and payment status updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–5 years experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping (construction or contracting industry preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and/or construction accounting platforms (like Sage or Viewpoint)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate virtually with finance and project teams
• Familiarity with lien waivers, vendor compliance, or subcontractor billing is a plus
