Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience mandatory
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred 
• Knowledge of Apple OS preferred
• Experience using Quickbooks Online R equired
• The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Self Motivated, Dependable & Trustworthy
• Positive Attitude :)
• 3 professional references
• Must pass Background check

Responsibilities

• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
• Preparing and filing financial documents
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling company accounts

Assist with processing payroll and tracking payroll data

• Assisting with tax payments and returns
• Work with accountants as needed
