Team Member (Cashier / Drive-Thru Order Taker)

Position Type : Full-time (35+ hours/week) or Part-Time (min. 20 hours/week) with 2-3 Saturday's/month availability

Starting Pay Rates : 

Full-time Team Member $14.00 - $16.00 (based on availability)

Part-time Team Member $14-16 (based on availability)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet & serve guests with our CORE 4 model (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected)
• Provide Second Mile Service by going above & beyond guest expectations
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand and all menu items
• Take and complete guest orders in the restaurant or outside at the Drive-Thru via iPad
• Respond to order modifications or changes effectively and efficiently
• Stock front counter, drive-thru and/or dining room inventory as needed
• Keep the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and restrooms neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Chick-fil-A Team Member Handbook
• Reading, writing, basic math & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Follow all food safety and physical safety procedures at all times
• Successfully complete on-site job orientation
• Continuously learn approved procedures thru app-based training (Pathways) 
• Ability to multi-task
• Genuine commitment to serve others
