Design incentive schemes related to sales performance to enhance operational efficiency. 2.Oversee the daily operational management of Thailand based on operational needs. a. Organize the adjustment and breakdown of sales targets set by the company, ensuring proper implementation. b. Conduct regular performance review meetings to evaluate operational results and submit sales improvement reports to the General Manager of Thailand. c.Assess staffing needs in Thailand to support new store openings and address manpower shortages, ensuring smooth store launches. d. Manage specialized teams in Thailand, reviewing training outcomes at stores based on the company’s standardized training materials. 3.Conduct departmental management in accordance with company requirements and Thailand’s operational strategies to improve organizational efficiency. a.Review work plans, management schemes, and operational procedures for operational and specialized staff in Thailand. b. Regularly inspect store operations to identify issues, provide solutions, and follow up on results with corresponding rewards or penalties. c. Develop budgets for Thailand, review expense reimbursements, and control unnecessary expenditures. d. Recruit, train, retain, motivate, and evaluate all personnel in Thailand, strengthening talent reserves across different roles based on business expansion needs. e. Approve all personnel changes within the Thailand team. 4.Coordinate and collaborate with relevant company departments to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic initiatives. a.
