Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact? As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success. You will work closely with our dedicated teams to develop effective solutions that align with CPC’s strategic goals. Responsibilities:

  • Experienced Oracle user with knowledge of warehouse and inventory management modules
  • Utilize Power BI to manage workflows and align resources.
  • Responsible for all inventory accuracy
  • Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures.
  • Maintains competency in all Logistics functions.
  • Maintain acceptable working relationships, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Effectively communicate daily with Supervisor and across functions.
  • Act as liaison to help solve issues.
  • Adheres to all safety regulations.
  • Leads and coaches other Material Coordinators and directs daily duties.
  • Provide input into contractor hiring, employee roll over and employee performance.
  • Demonstrates support of Dover core values.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Warehouse Experience.
  • Supervisor/lead experience
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide work direction to Material Coordinators and effective feedback to supervisors.
  • Ability to communicate, problem solve and work effectively within and outside of the department.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of Oracle experience preferred.
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle Experience preferred.

Shift and Schedule:

2nd shift 2:00pm - 12:00am Monday through Thursday

Benefits:  Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
